Demo Program Download

Instructions

Please open this installation document to help you in placing the demo program on your computer - www.massagesuite.com/Demo Program Installation Instructions.pdf.

The demo program does not have to be "installed" on your computer. The download will extract a folder named MassageSuiteV2Install and create it on your c: drive with all the needed files.

In Windows Explorer, open that folder and right mouse click on setup and select Run as administrator. If that option is not available, go ahead and run the setup program anyway. This process will create the c:\MassageSuiteV2 folder with all the files, put a shortcut on your desktop and check your system for the .Net Framework installed and begin the installation of version 4.6 if your computer has an older version. Complete that process before proceeding. If you don’t have 4.6 installed and the installation process does not begin, run NetFramework46 in c:\MassageSuiteV2Install.

The file to download (Open/Run and Unzip) is: www.massagesuite.com/MassageSuiteV2Demo.exe

After the program is put in place on your computer and you attempt to run it, depending on what Access system files are already installed on your computer, you may receive the following error messages.

The first message would tell you “Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 provider not registered”. To resolve this, run AccessDatabaseEngine in c:\MassageSuiteV2Install. This will install the Microsoft Access system files that are needed.

The second message would tell you “Unrecognized database format". To resolve this, run AccessConnectivitySP3 in c:\MassageSuiteV2Install. This will install the Microsoft Access system files that are needed.

The Administrator password is admin.

Still A Work In Progress

This demo is fully functional with the exception of only being able to enter three client records.

Feedback

I would appreciate feedback if you run into any bugs. Please email me at newprogram@massagesuite.com and let me know what the issue was and what screen you were on and what you were attempting to do. Please also send me the file named errorlog.txt in c:\MassageSuiteV2 where I have tried to capture error messages if they occur.
